Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies exclusively to items sold directly by Presyakto through our Platform. For purchases made from independent Sellers please refer to their specific return and refund policies, which Presyakto does not directly control.

We comply with the Philippine Consumer Act (Republic Act No. 7394), the Internet Transactions Act of 2023 (Republic Act No. 11967), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) regulations, and related laws to ensure your consumer rights are fully protected.

Returns

Returns are accepted within seven (7) calendar days from the date you receive the item.

     To be eligible for a return, items must be:

                              Unused;

                              In their original packaging;

                              Including all tags, labels, and any included accessories.

     Defective, damaged upon arrival, incorrect, or not as described items are always eligible for return if reported within three (3) calendar days of receipt.

     Not as described may include issues such as wrong color, size, model, or failure of the product to match advertised features or descriptions.

     Items not eligible for return include:

                             Perishable or consumable goods

                             Personalized or custom-made products

                             Digital products or software downloads

                            Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”

How to Initiate a Return

     Contact our Customer Support team within the return window via your Presyakto account or at support@presyakto.com with your order number and reason for return.

     We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and provide instructions for packaging and sending your return.

     Use a secure and trackable shipping service to send the item to the return address provided.

     Retain your shipping receipt as proof of return shipment.

Return Shipping Costs and Risk

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise Presyakto error:

We will cover the cost of return shipping, either by providing a
prepaid label or reimbursing reasonable shipping costs upon proof of payment.

If the return is due to a change of mind or buyer preference:

You are responsible for all return shipping costs and bear the
risk until the item reaches our warehouse.

We recommend using insured and trackable shipping methods.
Presyakto is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments sent without tracking.

Refunds

     Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you within 3–5 business days regarding approval of your refund.

     Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

     Refunds include original shipping fees only if the return is due to Presyakto’s fault.

     Returned items must be in original condition, complete with packaging and accessories; otherwise, refunds may be denied or reduced.

     If your return is not approved, you will be informed of the reason and next steps.

Exchanges

     For defective or incorrect items, we are happy to offer exchanges for the same or a similar item, subject to availability.

     Please contact Customer Support to arrange an exchange within seven (7) calendar days of receipt.

Dispute Resolution

     If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your return or refund request, you may escalate your concern to our management team at support@presyakto.com

     If still unresolved, you may seek assistance from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Consumer Protection Group or pursue alternative dispute resolution mechanisms under Philippine law, including arbitration as provided by the Internet Transactions Act of 2023.

Your Rights

     This policy is designed to comply fully with Philippine consumer protection laws, providing all rights afforded to consumers regarding returns, refunds, and fair trade.

     All return and refund processes will be conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy to protect your personal data.

Data Privacy Notice

     Any personal information collected or processed during return or refund transactions will be handled securely and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

Policy Updates

     Presyakto reserves the right to update this Refund and Return Policy at any time to reflect changes in legal requirements, business practices, or platform functionality.

     Significant changes will be communicated via notices on our Platform.

     Your continued use following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
