1. Account & Getting Started

To begin your Presyakto journey, go to the Log In / Register page.

 

Choose the account type that best fits your selling style:

  • Starter Account – for independent or casual sellers.
  • Premium Account – for registered business sellers.

Enter your email, username, and password, then check your inbox to verify your account via the confirmation email.

 

For security and trust verification:

  • Some sellers may be asked to upload a valid ID (for individuals) or business registration documents (for business accounts).
  • Verification requirements depend on the account type selected.

Once verified, your seller dashboard will be activated and you can start listing products right away.

Verification keeps the marketplace safe and trustworthy for both buyers and sellers. It ensures fair transactions and protects the community.

During registration, review and accept Presyakto’s Seller Terms & Conditions. These outline your rights, responsibilities, and marketplace rules.

Yes. Once verified, you can update your store name, logo, banner, and description anytime to keep your shop fresh and attractive to buyers.

A welcoming and complete profile builds buyer trust, improves your credibility, and makes your shop stand out.

2. Listing & Selling Products

Go to your My Store Dashboard, select Products → Add New, and start your listing.

  • Simple Product: Single item with a fixed price.
  • Auction Product: Items sold via bidding.

When creating a product listing, always provide complete and accurate information to attract buyers and help your items appear in the right searches.

Your product listing should include:

  • Product Title: Clear and descriptive (e.g., “Women’s Cotton Oversized T-Shirt”).
  • Price: Make sure it matches your intended selling price and currency.
  • Description: Include both a short summary (key features) and a detailed description (materials, size, condition, etc.).
  • Category: Choose the correct category from the Product Categories tab.
  • Images: Upload up to five product photos (1 featured image + up to 4 gallery images). High-quality, accurate photos help buyers trust your listing.

Choosing the Right Category

Each product must be correctly categorized to appear in the right buyer searches.

For example:
If you’re listing a T-shirt for women, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Product Categories tab.
  2. Find and select Fashion.
  3. Under Fashion, select Women’s Fashion → Clothing (W) → T-Shirts.
  4. Check all boxes that apply. Once selected, these will automatically be linked to your product’s category path.

Tip: Always double-check your category before publishing. Accurate categorization improves discoverability and avoids misplacement in search results.

Decide between Auction, Fixed Price, or Both.

  • For auctions: set starting bid and duration.
  • For fixed price: set a clear, attractive price.

Presyakto provides a Unified Policy Framework that ensures a fair and consistent experience for all buyers and sellers. These core policies cover Shipping, Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns, and automatically apply to every shop on the platform.

This means you don’t need to create your own from scratch — Presyakto’s default policies already protect you and your customers.

However, if you wish to add additional shop-specific policies, you may include them under your Shop Settings page. Examples include:

  • Custom handling or processing times
  • Warranty or repair terms
  • Non-returnable item notices (e.g., handcrafted, perishable, or personal care products)

Important:
Any additional shop policies must not conflict with Presyakto’s core platform rules or Buyer Protection framework. If differences arise, the Presyakto Unified Policies will take precedence to ensure fairness.

3. Orders & Shipping

You’ll get a notification in your dashboard whenever a buyer purchases an item or wins an auction.

Pack items securely to avoid damage. Use reliable couriers or Presyakto’s recommended partners. Include tracking information if available.

Mark the order as Shipped in your dashboard and enter the tracking number so buyers can follow delivery.

Yes. Ensure each order is labeled accurately with the correct buyer details.

Ship promptly after receiving the order, use reliable couriers, and provide tracking numbers whenever possible.

4. Payments & Payouts

Payments are released after delivery is confirmed — signed by the buyer or their authorized receiver.

Standard deductions include Presyakto commission, bank transfer, and payment gateway fees. There are no hidden charges.

Yes. Ensure your account information is accurate to avoid delays.

Contact Presyakto support immediately to resolve any discrepancies or delays.

Payouts are not processed automatically. Before a payout can be released, each transaction must pass through a few verification steps to ensure a secure and fair process for both buyers and sellers.

Once the buyer confirms delivery and no dispute or issue is filed within the review period, your payout becomes eligible for release. Our team will then process your payout based on your chosen payout method.

 

When are payouts released?

After verification and confirmation:

  • Bank Transfers: 1–3 business days after approval
  • E-Wallet Transfers: Within 24 hours after approval
  • Cross-border or special transfers: May take up to 5 business days

If there’s any dispute, return, or pending verification, the payout will remain on hold until all issues are resolved. This ensures a safe and transparent transaction for both parties.

Note: Applicable gateway or transfer fees are automatically deducted at the time of payout.

5. Reputation, Reviews & Shop Growth

Encourage buyers to leave reviews after receiving items. Positive reviews build your credibility and attract more sales.
