1. Log In / Register
Go to the Presyakto website and click ‘Log in’ or ‘Register.’ Create your free seller account with your email, username, and password. Check your inbox for a confirmation email and verify your account. You may be asked to provide an ID or business document to confirm your identity — this keeps our marketplace safe and trustworthy.
2. Agree to Terms
Review and accept Presyakto’s Seller Terms & Conditions. These outline your rights and responsibilities, helping us maintain a fair, transparent, and secure selling environment.
3. Create Your Seller Profile
Once verified, personalize your store with a name, logo, banner, and short description. A complete and welcoming profile builds buyer trust and makes your shop stand out.
4. List a Product
From your My Store Dashboard, go to the Products section and click ‘Add New.’ This is where your first listing begins.
5. Add Product Details
Select your product type: Simple Product or Auction Product. Fill in the details — title, pricing, short and full descriptions, category, and up to five product images (1 featured + 4 gallery). Clear and honest details help attract buyers.
6. Choose Selling Format
Decide if you’ll sell via Auction, Fixed Price, or Both. For auctions: set your starting bid and auction duration. For fixed price: set a clear, attractive price.
7. Set Up Shop & Policies
Customize your storefront to reflect your brand style. Under My Store Settings, add your shipping, cancellation, return, and exchange policies. Clear policies show professionalism and build buyer confidence.
8. Receive Orders
When a buyer purchases your item or wins an auction, you’ll receive a notification in your dashboard. Review the order details and prepare the item for shipping right away.
9. Prepare & Ship Items
Pack items securely to avoid damage. Use reliable couriers or Presyakto’s recommended partners. Clearly label with buyer details and provide tracking if available. Ship quickly — fast shipping = happy buyers and positive feedback.
10. Mark as Shipped & Share Tracking
Update the order status to ‘Shipped’ in your dashboard. Enter the tracking number so buyers can follow their delivery.
11. Get Paid
After delivery is confirmed (signed by the buyer or their authorized receiver), your payout is released. Standard deductions apply — commission, bank transfer, and payment gateway fees — but there are no hidden charges from Presyakto.
12. After-Sales Support & Communication
Respond promptly to buyer questions or issues. Good communication leads to repeat customers and stronger ratings.
13. Collect Reviews & Grow Your Shop
Encourage buyers to leave reviews — this builds your reputation. Update your product listings often and join Presyakto promotions to attract more customers.
