Starter Account – Flat 3.0% Commission Fees
Our straightforward 3.0% commission fee applies to every completed sale, ensuring a simple and transparent process for our independent sellers (starter account) — across all product categories. No complicated fee tables or changing rates.
Example Calculation (₱800 Item — Branded T-Shirt):
- Item Price: ₱800
- Presyakto Commission (3.0%): ₱24.00
- Seller Receives: ₱776.00 (~97% of the sale price)
Note: Payment gateway and transfer fees (bank or e-wallet) are the seller’s responsibility and are deducted at the time of payout.
Premium Account – Flat 2.5% Commission Fees
For our Business sellers (Premium Account), we apply a flat 2.5% commission fee on every successful sale. This ensures flexibility and scalability for businesses — with no hidden charges or confusing fee tiers.
Example Calculation (₱500 Item — Thrifted Jeans):
- Item Price: ₱500
- Presyakto Commission (2.5%): ₱12.50
- Seller Receives: ₱487.50 (~97.5% of the sale price)

Seller Exact Payment Costs (Processing & Payout)
You keep ~ 97% of what you earn. This gives you more freedom to price fairly, invest back into your shop, and grow your business with confidence.
Aside from the 3.0% commission, sellers only cover the exact payment costs — nothing extra.
Exact Payment Costs Include:
• Payment gateway processing cost (credit card, e-wallet, or bank transfer)
• Bank transfer payout cost (depends on your bank’s policy)
Important: Presyakto does not profit from these costs — they go directly to the payment providers and banks.
Buyer Payments, Shipping & Taxes
Buyers pay only for:
• The final item price (winning bid or Buy Now)
• The shipping fee chosen at checkout
When sellers offer free shipping, it will be clearly marked before you pay — so you always know your total upfront.
Tax Notice:
If your order meets the Philippine VAT threshold, any applicable tax will be shown before payment.
Example: Orders below the threshold have no VAT added, while orders above include 12% VAT clearly displayed at checkout.

How the Escrow Flow Works
Presyakto works with a licensed payment gateway partner to hold your payment securely in escrow. This ensures sellers are paid only when the buyer confirms receipt — protecting both sides of the transaction.
Escrow Process:
1. Buyer pays for the item.
2. Funds are held securely by the licensed payment gateway partner.
3. Once the buyer confirms receipt, Presyakto instructs the payment partner to release the payout to the seller (minus the 2.55% commission and any exact payment costs).
This process ensures that sellers are paid fairly and buyers receive exactly what they ordered.
